As someone who has scoliosis and experienced back pain, I have learned firsthand how much of a difference exercise, yoga and chiropractic care can make in a healthy, balanced life. Are you ready to get out of pain, sleep better and live a healthier happier life? Keeping your goals, injuries and conditions in mind, I will teach you self-massage, stretching, breathing and exercises customized for your body. I will use both my personal training and yoga experience to help you develop flexibility, core stability, balance, strength and awareness.
