Honey Lopez
Hi, I’m Honey Lopez, a Functional Movement Specialist with a lifelong passion for sports and physical activity. For the past five years, my mission has been simple: to help people feel better, move with greater ease and rediscover the joy of exercise.
I specialize in designing customized, highly effective movement plans that are straightforward and accessible to anyone, no matter their starting point. Each plan is built around the individual—what they can do today, what they want to return to and how they respond as movement progresses.
At Henschell Chiropractic, Honey works with patients to make active care understandable, practical and connected to real-life goals.
Simple steps toward stronger movement
Functional movement begins with your current abilities and the activities that matter to you. Honey helps turn those goals into a clear progression that can be adjusted as your confidence, control and tolerance improve.
Recovery should progress beyond the treatment table
Hands-on care may be an important part of treatment, but many patients also need to rebuild the ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, sit, walk or exercise with confidence. Honey provides individual guidance so movements feel understandable and achievable—not intimidating.
For patients recovering after a car accident or work injury, movement can be selected around practical limitations such as driving, lifting groceries, prolonged sitting, repetitive reaching or returning to job duties. Progress is based on response and function rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.

Not only for athletes—and not only after an injury
Functional movement is designed around the person, not a fitness level. The goal is to help each patient build the capacity needed for their own life.
Injury recovery
Gradual movement after a car accident, work injury or other musculoskeletal problem, coordinated with the clinical care plan when appropriate.
Return to activity
Support for adults and teenagers returning to exercise, recreational activities, sports or physically demanding work.
Everyday movement
Approachable plans for older adults, parents and anyone who wants greater ease, control and confidence in daily activities.
